I'm the founder of Referrals While You Sleep, a platform focused on helping entrepreneurs create content that builds trust, generates opportunities, and strengthens relationships at scale. I've always been fascinated by the connection between meaningful conversations and business growth. Much of my work centers around helping founders uncover the value hidden inside their existing experiences, insights, and stories, then transforming that knowledge into content that attracts the right people. FounderWell has played an important role in helping me refine both the business and the systems behind it. Through coaching, collaboration, and community, I've been able to strengthen our content process, improve how we communicate value, and create more intentional pathways for growth. What stands out most, however, is the emphasis on founder wellbeing. FounderWell reinforced the idea that sustainable growth comes from creating space for reflection, recovery, and clarity, not just constant action. Those practices have helped me stay focused while continuing to build and evolve the business. I enjoy connecting with founders who are interested in content, community building, referrals, partnerships, and creating businesses that grow through genuine relationships.
