Since 1992, we've helped retailers around the world improve planning, forecasting, and decision making through software designed around real business processes. Rather than chasing trends or building technology for technology's sake, I've always focused on creating practical tools that help teams make better decisions with confidence. FounderWell helped me stop guessing and start selling the right thing to the right people. We now lead conversations with real data demos, our website tells that story more clearly. Beyond business strategy, the community has encouraged a healthier approach to leadership by creating space for reflection, focus, and sustainable growth. I have simple routines that help me stay focused without feeling constantly pulled in every direction.
